Clan's Not Showing Up

I made a clan on September 23rd and it was working the whole day and the next day it showed up. today i dont know whats going on, ingame it says im in E3ngrave, but on Z8games it says im not in a clan. What is going on, i payed 5000 GP for the clan if i don't get it back ima get at all your Z8Games Staff. I WANT MY CLAN BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5000 GP W/E BUT SERUSLY THE CLANS NOT SHOWING UP SEARCH MY NAME UP
