Does Z8 ip ban ingame?

I like how a majority of the mods were using Kolby as an example that they do IP ban ingame, and were never corrected.
The mods did nothing wrong, they were in full belief Kolby was indeed ip banned ingame.

Exactly. Then he came on forums and said he was IP banned. So the mods thought this was true and started using him as an example that Z8 does IP ban, and not a single time did they get corrected. -
As much as they say they ban in the literal sense all information I get and all evidence that I have says otherwise, and whats more I don't know nor know of anyone that has been "banned" (literally).
I know of people that got suspended for abusing QQ'ers, and hacking though. -

Well I reported a ZP buying VIP hacker months ago, nothing was done he is still active.
We finally got down to the nitty griitty and it was discovered the report was in the correct format, with active links etc, but z8 said "try the new reporting system the old one must of failed [sic]"
So I'll try the new one and if the result is the same, we can quite safely say they don't even like closing accounts never mind prohibiting them to play.
First question that needs answering is how long does it take to review a replay? (the longest ever time where you can quite safely say it was ignored if it was not reviewed by then). -

Well that's what I read on another thread ^^
if there doing it that way u can get away with hacking for 2 years with how long it takes them 2 ban players -
