Why does Z8Games/G4Box Fail all the time?

I have complained and reported this account many times but fallenangel nor any other admin didnt take care of it. this dude goes around scamming people and getting the account back by giving paypal info and stuff. there is plenty of evidence to ban him but z8 games does not. i wonder why, maybe they are also part of this, but the best thing is. they pop up messages like "Please report account scammers"- but never take actions against them

    They have a list of waits. thousands of people report millions of people per week(EXAMPLE). They need to work on the tournaments, activities,clan reports,game hackers,patch things,control servers so that we can play. Do you think that if you report someone they will make an auto ban? NOPE. I have reported 5 people and I had to wait like 3 days so they can ban the hacker, and guess what? THEY BAN THE HACKER. JUST WAIT AND STOP COMPLAINING. DON'T SPAM ANYMORE, USE THE SEARCH BOTTOM.

    thats the dumbest and most ******ed excuse a company can come up with, if they have soo many report they have to get more employees. if they cant afford it they should hand the game over to a company who can afford enough employees

    anyone can post a screenshot from ingame, given to them or otherwise.

    Until z8games can check ip's to confirm an account has actually transferred from one user to another, nothing can be done. This prevents accidental closings of accounts.

    now look at it from a buisness point a view... all companys are there to make PROFIT
    so it takes awhile to get through reports....
    if u dont like it buy more Z8 points then they might be able to employ more poeple to look at your reports...

    they have to pay programmers, directors, company boss, share holders, xtrap, probally more...
    only money they get is from people buying Z8 points.... buy more and mroe things will happen easy as....

    ive persoanlly brought around 700-800k points over a year and 3 months

    i support crossfire as much as i can

    and if u gave it to a BIG company that does good with alot of games crossfire wont get that much attention.... its better to have smaller only few games
