connection has been delayed!

i restarted, reinstalled, turned off firewall/antivirus, checked router and ports several times

any ideas? i can start CF normally, but when i wanna join a game it only loads like 50% and then i get the connection problem ... its the 3rd day now

part of the game, like MutantMode, GhostMode, and hackers, *Connection delayed* is part of the game everything is included.
