Stop the kick voting abuse !

I deeply think that the kick voting option SHOULD BE REMOVED.
That is because it gets highly abused and used for anything else but real hackers.
Vast majority of times ppl get kicked because they are aces or some random noob starts yelling "***ooorrr" or "walleeeeeeerrrrrrr" after he/she fails to hit you in face-2-face duel or etc etc etc...
Point is, at least 90% of times the so called "hacker vote kicks" are not hackers at all and innocent players fall victim to it. We all know it.
If someone is a hacker, he/she doesn't really cares at all for being kicked out of the room - for him its easy to go to another room and hack and kill easy and noobish.
BUT for an innocent player who works hard to achieve aces and all that ... unjust kicking its a game break moment... it all leads to frustration, anger and disgust.
As 21st century guides - its better to leave 3 criminals unpunished than to punish 1 innocent man.
In this game its the other way around - from 100 "hacker" kick votes, MAYBE 1 or 2 are real hackers.
Basically, the game got to a point where you are forced to a mediocre gameplay without too many kills or too less deaths, because you spend tens of minutes and in the last round you get kicked, because angry kids want to be aces or just to take "revenge" on you for killing them.
Seriously, if a hacker gets kicked its no big deal, but if a genuine innocent player gets kicked, theres a problem with how the gameplay goes...
To all who will reply, ill ask you this before you reply - HOW MANY AND MANY TIMES YOU HAVE BEEN KICKED BEING INNOCENT after many rounds of work and time and effort ?
Answer yourself this, then reply if you wish.

have been kiked 10 times while playin 30 min now...
much in GM (4 times - i was ghost!!)
and most in SnD when i had a killstreak for example ppl crz hak and ur gone and one time i entered and got kiked 10 secs later... (6 times)

i get kicked because of my skills in gm too...and i would love if they removed the kick voting
BUT what if there really IS a hacker? then what? no kick vote? leave the room i guess?
i mean you went 50-19 in tdm then a hacker comes in and you dont want to leave...but oh well no kick voting option.My point being is that as soon as they remove the kick voting you all will come crying for it back.I can see it now (thread tittles) "why no kick option" "bring back kick option". Just deal with it and go to another room.In conclusion i most likely disagree to this suggestion.

And what does a kick from a room matters to a hacker ?
Zero importance, he just goes to a different room and thats it - there is no real punishment in a kick vote, only an open door to abuse for innocent players.
The real punishment and method of dealing with it is save the replay and report it = ban
And a game should be fun, not to stay with fear that you will get kicked if you're TOO good for some random QQ noobs and waste time and effort and all that...
It only p1ssed you off and makes you angry - this is not a nice gameplay experience.
If not totally removed, then somehow changed and limited in some way so it can't be spammed and abused.
Like i have seen in a thread with some "honor" system or a limited number of votes / day for each player. -

I've lost count hundreds of times.
I must of lost thousands of rounds, numerous hours playing, a huge chunk of GP and lots and lots of exp.

They are the worst kind of noobs, I wish they would just die TBH. There are very few hackers that a person would see and most of them are tolerable and even beatable ie wallers etc
On ocassion you may have to leave a room if there was no kick vote if for instance a VIP hacker came that is uber pro with the uzi and can kill everyone in 2 secs, but then again I have to leave games for them now. Most of the time they are either not even put up for kick vote or when they are it fails miserably, another example of how kick vote fails with a fail community.
Moderation by noobs should be a relic of the past. -

But why to do that when you can do an even smarter thing - stay and play, so you can fully record the hacker in all his "glory", beyond any doubt.
Then report the replay.

Thats not true.
I got a nice score in tdm, like 60-20, and then a hacker come in my team (mp7 and 1 kill shot). Me and my team mate (same team) try to kick him (nobody else in our ***ing noob team did it).
And it failed. Why? Score of kicking: 8:8. Whoa, means that even some guys in the opposite team didnt want him gone.
The kicking system is a failure. Should be replaced by a better report system. -

LMAOStop your qqing ffs, everyone gets kicked get over it.
Maybe people with stop "QQ'ing" when noobs stop kicking, or z8 gets off their ass and does something about it.
