If your ping is not the same as usally read this

If you have a hp computer and your ping goes up randomly and is not ur usally ping i think i know what ur problem is

Your problem is that your computer is self updating. Downloading updates at a random time. You can change it at ur control panel > Check for updates > Change Settings
