I have the same trouble !!!
I erased all macros from my mouse A4-Tech XL-750 (Triple Klick, and Jump on boxes).
Although difficult for me to play with his left hand - hand injuries.
I'm trying to play on my special gaming keyboard A4-Tech G100 at the same time with attched to PS2 port standart office keyboard.
Why is this your fcking protection breaks my favorite game.
