ping spiking :/

lately my ping has started spiking a lot after the first 10 mins of playing. my normal ping is around 57-60 but it doesn't stay the same now it goes from 57-120 sometimes, everytime I press tab and check my ping its different. I do not know why this happens as I do not have anything else running when I play and im not downloading anything. It started happening a few days before the new server was added.

This happen to anyone else/anyone know any fixes? I miss playing cf.

Somehow i started lagging as well

My regular ping in UK was 42-45 and now is 50-100 it can get even worse
