Game Fails To Load

Hi all. Recently downloaded CF (used to play when Suba had it) I get the launcher up, hit start game, patches, xtrap does its thing, then im back at the desktop and nothing happens. Im currently running Windows Vista not sure which sp, and i know my system specs is more then enough for cf cause i have played this game before. Also, the xtrap icon is in my tasktray in the bottom right. Any Help will be appreciated.
