I'm getting between .23-.25, not great, but decent enough for a GM nub. I like the game while accepting it's not going to totally help you, aim is still most important.
Tbh, I really enjoyed the very first playable level of MW1, where you do the SAS training exercise, it's pretty nice for movement, targets, aim, etc, seems a better representation of FPS style training stuff.

You are right Kirby, it is VERY difficult..
I will need a lot of time, the only problem is changing the sensitivity to match my in-game sensitivity.
Other than that it is a great site, would explaing why russians and some other Nationalities get called hackers a lot.
