Dog tags are repeating

Hello i kept getting dogtags that i already have. like today i got O but i already have O. This has been happening for a while and if it wasnt for this i would already have all the dogtags. please help

Dogtags are given at random. It's how Z8 get you to play more often.

The the other person said.. dog tags are given out randomly. It is not a bug.. it is all just Luck and chance.

The dogtags are TOTALLY random. So you might get the same ones over and over.
