I cannot search clans

I tried to join a clan a half an hour ago and I cannot search the name. I also cannot see the new created clan on the Clan Homepage. I need help.

ill tel u 1 thing if u log in clan homepage n on the right-hand side have no new clan it means that the CF is updating right now.
it started aroun 2am in australia time n finished at 4pm

When it is around 1-2 AM the Clan Pages will be updating.
