some1 please help cant play

when i try to load the game it says downloading patcher v5 and half way through it says failed to download patch file...please help i would like to play

Try to patch again now. If you are using Windows 7 make sure you run the program as Administrator. If still cannot play, try reinstall or download a new game client.
