BP Mall!
Okay so on July 4th I bought a "Stat Reset Bundle" from the BP mall for 2300 BP since i had just deposited 20,000 ZP into my account. I didnt get it so i thought maybe ill get it later. After more than a month I still see that i never got it. I would like to have my BP refunded since i got nothing. I no longer want the stat reset pack either therefore i was wondering if my BP can be refunded since i got nothing in the first place...Here's proof of me buying the stat reset bundle. Hope i get my 2300 BP back! Thanks in Advance

Kay bud, when you go to Z8Game- Item Mall, there should be a little section where your ZP is, your BP is, and your Clan Bank balance is. Right below that there is a place called my items. It should be there. If not take a picture of that location and send both in a support ticket here.
