First of all, the only thing that is ex- is email and password. Those are only things that can be changed. Second, write a support ticket here. Give them your ID, Ex-Password, Ex-Email, and your security answer and I guarantee that you will get your account back. I have gotten mine back with even less info lolz. If they won't give it back tell them to take a look at the IP records for majority of the usage on the account. Hope this works for ya, I know it's not fun not having your own account..

Ex security question? I guess its still the same.. or its not your account..
Otherwise just make a support ticket if u fill in the right stuff u'll get it back

Yuki that is wrong, I have gotten an account back with the login ID, ex password and the security answer.
