Clan member got hacked!

Hi Guys!

One of our Clan Members got hacked yesterday. He wants to login to the game, but it didnt work. We was looking at our Clan-Site directly and had to see our hacked member already left the clan. oO
His Name is DJBlueIce .. by the way he was one of our lieutenants.

Today we were reeally ****ed to see, "DJBlueIce" already joined a new Clan: [Ger]exeD.

We had a connection via Skype yesterday...tryin solve the problem. But no way.
Now our Clan Member made a new Account..but i really like to know if there is a way to solve the problem.

We are so ****ed about this fu*ing hacker. -.-

You can still get a "hacked" account back with email and security question anwser.
If the took your email/ you made a fake email, you fail and dont deserve an account. =/

Here you can give them your Ex-Password, maybe ex-email, login ID and your security answer. I got my account back twice via Login ID, old password and security answer.
