Two Black Lines

I just got Windows 7 and now I have 2 black veticle lines either side of my screen

Any idea how to get full screen again ?

Do you mean like widescreen? Trying putting it in a non-widescreen resolution and see if that works.

Is it happen in lobby or in games?
If it is in lobby, put window mode

If you have Nvidia go to the Nvidia control panel, click on adjust desktop size and position and check Nvidia scaling.

dont worry about it.
You have wide screen monitor and you are using non wide screen resolution or lower than your desktop resolution. It's normal in windows vista and 7 it's named scaling.
If you dont like it just search for it in nvidia control panel or ati ccc
