I hate Z8
Omfg 3months and stil no answer for my ticket wdf is upo with support team watever do they just pick 1 out of 10 tickets and other 9 gets ignored ? Or are they just bots ? Z8suck thanks allot now ive lost my acount and i dident even gave any1 my info i jsut logged in nd it said passwoord changed but i dident change it later i loged on and passwoord was incorect wdf

Don't Insult z8. This is a Free Game. You Cant Expect The Game To Be Perfect. We all Know people get "hacked". But "Hacked" isnt really a problem for z8... Its Your Problem For Having a Weak Username and password. And PLus You dont even remember your personal info once you sign up? Thats Your Problem... Not Z8's.

my username is 9letters long my pass is 7 letters long and i do remeber my personla info its jsut that its been changed while i was on the forums but not by me u dumbass learn to read -

Don't think it is 1/10 because I sent the same ticket 3 times now and still no answer they just chose wich oens are important and wich are not. Still haven't be refunded for those disapearing black amrket error crates.

The support is under alot of stress at the moment. Please understand that due to [CF]Reports closing, they are now receiving a TON of hack reports, a TON of people being "hacked" and then a TON of general support.
You see, you must have been careless with you account information because if I had the power to hack any account i wanted, I would go for a MOD or GM account. You were either keylogged or gave your information out, which in turn, is your own fault.
You can hope for a reply, but if you dont get one then you'll have to deal with the fact you were careless. -

they're amazing for your own use, but stupid when you use it against someone that doesn't know what alt+f4 does or what the difference between software and hardware -

hm the only things ive downloaded in the last 3 moth's are company of heroes a rts game and LoL thats it and i dident give any1 my as or id as i said in the psot i was online and it randomdly changed and said i changed it but i dident -

ok i loged on the forums and a messege popped up saying passwoord succsefully changed blah blah but i dident change it i was just reading a post so i thought it was just a bug because ye come on its z8 games so probably a bug then i logged off came back from school and i couldent log in thats pretty much it btu even if someone had my info how could they log on same time as me to change it though ? because messege poped up when i was on

Get a life. Just make a new account.. It's a free game. Stop insulting and disrespecting Z8 games and their employees. They are doing the best they can.. They are busy you know. And if you used the same language you did in this post.. I don't blame them for not answering you.

It doesn't take a genius to know that they are busy with all the hack reports, service tickets, and the whiners sending in reports and such.

Im sorry please do not ban me for this but I forgot to say I think they don't. Because sometimes I report players haking very bad and they don't get banned. Im sorry for that post. -

I have NOT gotten a response to any ticket I have sent in the last year !!!!!I stop saving the replay of guys in the wall , the guys in the floor , the guy in the crate , the getting headshots from who knows where I never seen him .And I have more replays and they are still in game , no bans its just a waste of time .
The last 2 TICKETS I SENT , 1 MONTH AGO ,, (( I SAID )), I KNOW YOU GUYS ARE BUSY , JUST SEND ME A ONE LINE RESPONSE SO I KNOW ITS BEEN READ
