The Pirate Bay, a torrent site. But read the comments first to see if it's clean. And check you'll get decent speed by how many seeders there are for that torrent.

Double click on the torrent file, then it should begin download automatically. Did you check the comments though to make sure it's safe?
Also if it's in RAR format, or ZIP, there should be instructions included, on how to set it up and install the crack if necessary.
