User bugged at joining a clan

My friend tryed to join my clan, he applied. All was OK, i logged in, i came to my clan website and it was written "1 MEMBER JOIN REQUEST", but when i pressed it... the member join request list was empty, so something was wrong and it got bugged... now if he try to apply again it says: "Application is under processing" or something like that.

What can I do to fix this? I want to have my friend in my clan... but I dont find any way to accept him :S
