every time i start up CF, i get this pop up when downloading the patches.
Can someone please help me

I had the same problem but what i did was just reload CF and let it patch till it gave the error then i restarted CF till error untill the "Total" bar was full. it worked for me :P maybe for you to.

don't know, theres a solution, just download it by manual instead of auto patch.

Make the version.ini file in your Crossfire folder read-only.
