I Did not receive awarded ZP from surveys.

I completed two surveys that made to awarded offers on Super Rewards. But I didn't receive the ZP. I sent a ticket to SuperRewards and the said : Thank you for contacting us!

The points you're inquiring about have already been awarded and confirmed by z8games as received.

The points were sent to your user account on z8games at August 17, 2010, 2:27 PM CDT.
If you feel that you've not received these points, please contact z8games for assistance.
The id of your transaction is #__________(I blocked the transaction id).

I do not know how to properly contact "z8games" and resolve this situation. I just want what I earned.

damn dude 40k surveys ;o the max i can get here is 1,6k for free so i do with telephone 15k surveys ^^ but i hope ull get ur zp

Just give it time. Sometimes it takes up to a day to receive your points. It states that it can take 10 minutes to 20 hours to get ur points.

I Did not receive awarded ZP from surveys.
