Clan Points Issue

Hello , We Got a Problem with the clan points , It started when z8games announced "Double Ur Clan Points" , Our points log indicates a bigger number of points instead of what we really have now , i sent a complain to z8games support and to GM Saidin but got no reply , We got down in rank cause of this issue . Please Help...

Funny that you mention this because I only get 10clan points per day. I xped 8000 mini and 12500maxi per day (no farming). So I think that event didn't work.

Did thid happen to anybody else or jsut me?

Ticket was teh good thing to do. Do you have screenshots to provide proof? Because if you don't I don't they they will be able to do anything excepted if they have an historic of what happens on each clan/ char...

Support system is kinda weird it seems like they actually chose wich ones will be replied and not. I am also waiting a reply for the RPK-Gold crate rip off bug. They told me I would be refuned in 24hours and if not to recontact them so 24hours latter still nothing. I replied on the same ticket and made a new one sicne I didn't know how I should contact them. Reported a scammer earlier bet they will soon answer that one...

I PMd a GM tonight cause I had similar probs with the crate rip-off and was told that they are over-swamped with support ticket problems. Sounds like could be a while Ive waited for a reply for almost 2 weeks now.

We have a same problem with our clan poinst. And same problem with reprly from tech support (they didnt answer)
