I lost 8900 BP.

Hello, Z8 GMs.
My account name is superimhotep, and my crossfair name is Free_Ice, I am the leader of Clan "Free".
About 8/17/10 1:15 A.M. East, I tried to buy a M4A1-silver in the web mall, after I clicked the "buy" , it said "...mistake-12...", then my 8900 BP had gone, but I didn't get a M4A1-silver, and there is no BP LOG of buying M4A1-silver in my profile.
Dear GMs, you can check how much ZP and BP I have spent, then you will know how much BP I should have now, how much I lost.
I love this game, I really want to get my BP back, it should be back, right? Or a M4A1-silver.

Also you should never put your Account ID on forums, There are people that come on here lookin to scam one another for free stuff. Please edit your post an take out your account information.

LastLif3 is correct, you need to submit a support ticket about the issue. There is nothing that can be done for you on the forum.
