I can't believe Z8 games just scammed me

Ok I just bought 50000 ZP with a pre paid visa credit card via Click and Buy after I filled in all the info, I have 0 ZP AND the money was just stolen from the pre paid credit card which is frustrating this is the second time I've been scammed, the first time was via google check out I bought 20000ZP with a Pre paid credit card with $25 I contacted customer support and he/she just denied me and said please speak with google checkout so I just droped it because it was probaly a mistake they can have $20. But this time I got scammed $50 of ZP which is just rediclous I need to speak to someone about this because there's no way I'm going to let myself get scammed again. I'm wondering what are my current options, what should I do?..

I know it was problem an error but to lose your money for no reason doesn't make you happy
