Missing my ZP from surverys.

Is there something wrong with the surveys? I completed 4 of em and it said I recieved my ZP, next thing you know, I look at my ZP and I noticed I didn't recieve it. The same thing happened to my friend with the ZP. Anyone know what's wrong?...

Its because u have to wait it will take a while

If 24hrs passes then send a support ticket with a SS of the survey.

Actually i had the same problem, it said that i completed the survey for 3k zp and i still had my 800zp. I never did get awarded

24hour and I still haven got my zp yet. It say rewared but still 0 zp. Sponsorplay doesn't have a report system , I can't contact them , I'm really ****ed because About last week z8game scam my 10kzp and guess what? They refunded me but I didn't got my 10$ ??!!! Wtf where my zp or my money. Z8game is having so much porblem and bug !!???!!!
