Dissapearing purchased Items

Um, earlier today i purchased the 2 of the 6 GP Crates under the Bonus Items in the website mall and 1 of the 3 GP Crates Bonus Items also costing me 3600BP.. I Purchased them at 2:10 A.M. and it is 5:24 AM now and i havent gotten the crates, I was kinda just wondering if there was some sort of error? because it still charged the Bonus Points, but i havent gotten anything.. Please help me out? i also would like to note that i have seen people talking about their Game Points disappearing on them.

I also should have named it Unreceived Purchased Items

P.S. I didnt exactly know where to put this so sorry if its in the wrong place, I am new to using forums
