Coupons refund?
I had 28 coupons when I was looking through what I can get and how many I need for the M4-c when I accidentaly pressed the the mp5-adv and try to get off because I didn't want to spend any and I clicked somthing which must have BUY...
So I had a mp5-adv and I thaugh OMG whats the point in having coupons now if I just wasted them, so in my anger I was having a look and the same thing happened to the combat axe!
So I had a combat axe and mp5-adv that I didn't want!
I saw on the forum the same day that if you accidentaly spend them the people from z8 can refund you if you say so within about 2 days I think it was. So I sent one of those emailes explaining how I accidentaly got them and I was just waiting for a reply to get them refunded.
First day went with no reply...
Second day went with no reply...
So it came to a day well over the time gap to give notise when I finaly got a message saying there is nothing they can do...
NOTHING THEY CAN DO?!
I did everything that that forum said and they reply me over the dead line!
How can they do nothing?
I would like to know in full why I couldn't get refunded? Because it still anoys me that I have lost 25 coupons by accidnet and they say they can refund it and they then say they can't...
Someone please explain how that works out...

Takes about a week for a support ticket to be responded to.
Okay but why make it that you have to write in to say so in a few days if you wont get a reply with the few days that it has to be said?
So is there a garentee that you wont get a refund?
Because I emailed on the day so I did everything that was asked if this situation happened. So at the end, I should have got a refund. -

Usually less than that these days.
3-4 business days is the average time it takes to get a response back.
And yes, we do issue exchanges and refunds for accidental clicks for coupon purchases. But it's usually only once per account and it has to be within 24-48 hours of the original purchase. Meaning the ticket has to be sent in within that time-frame.
