Error in time to change the name. IGN!

Hello, today I change my name, had all the ZPS, by the time I buy pressed "Buy Now" and gave this error:

Don't be an azz. He just want his question answered, his item, or his money back. I know I do.

Anyway, just send a ticket. Hopefully they are working on this problem because quite a lot of people are having this problem and other mall issues.
