Bullet Trail

When you go to settings, and uncheck bullet trail so that you WON'T have any bullet trail shown in the game, the game still happens to show the bullet trail when a gun is fired. This happened in the last patch too, but I didn't say anything because there was an upcoming patch and I thought it would fix the bug/glitch.

Any MOD would tell me what is wrong?
