Xtrap Errors STILL ZP REWARDS!!

After searching the forums there is no working solution to this error yet so here goes hopefully.

Will offer a prepaid code for zp for any one who can find a working solution.

OS = windows xp
Anti virus and firewall = norton 360

The game was working fine one evening the next day its not working at all, A week later still the same error. no response yet from support so hopefully you guys can fix it.

So far i have tried,

Restarting pc
Reinstalling
Redownloading
turning off anti virus and firewall
checking internet settings to see how it is affecting the game.
deleting the xtrap files and running with patcher
Replacing certain files with a friends files

so far none of these have worked Advice please?

Your image links got filtered. If the error is the disconnect due to incorrect map info see below:

Make sure all of the crossfire EXE files are permitted through the Norton firewall. Also make sure that ports 10009, 13008 and 16666 are open.

ty for the help grey the error is incorrupt operating system please restart game and try again.
