Well today i bought the in game name change on the website mall, and it took my money away but i wasn't allowed to change my name, do you guys have any idea what i need to do ? xD

I also had the same problem in time to change the name, was this morning and so far not been fixed, I hope the Z8Games me to exchange the item name or give me back the ZP!

yeah, i have just send them a support ticket, have you send one ?

i send a ticket to, but without a print. i cant take it
Zp go away and the Item fail
