Didnt got my namechange :(

Hello,

I bought a namechange ONE TIME.
Then the ZP was token from my account but i didnt got my namechange.
Now the same price was token AGAIN and i didnt bought anything and still no namechange

So the ZP was token 2x and no namechange gotten

I send a support ticket but didnt got help. HELP ME HERE PLS TO ALL GAMEMASTERS AND ADMINS AND WHATEVER!!!

Now its really mean

i had 45000 ZP

bought a namechange

didnt got namechange

40.000 ZP

ZP token again i didnt bought anything

35.000 ZP

bought a namechange

didnt got namechange

30.000 ZP

ZP was token again didnt bought anything

now i have like 26k ZP and bought 2 namechange. the price was paid 2 times for every purchased namechange but i didnt got any namechange.

Dang, u just saw like 10other threads about the same topic, thought i was the only one witht the problem. I think tickets are 1-2days before they answer.

Please Be Patient CF is trying to fix these issues/bugs. And try not re-creating a post that already exists.

I also had the same problem in time to change the name, was this morning and so far not been fixed, I hope the Z8Games me to exchange the item name or give me back the ZP!

Hey i get the same error, i bought one "change in game name" and they took the ZP and didnt give the item!!!! will we get the zp back? or will we get the item??? admins answer soon please

You will all need to submit a ticket about the issue, but I will make sure that Saidin is aware of this problem first thing in the morning.

hey i got my zp back.
im a bit scared now of using any zpp because of this bugs in the mall.

Didnt got my namechange :(
