Name change not working properly

I want to change my name to something I used to be called but it says :

Sorry, this name was used before. You may try another name. If there are further problems please contact support. EC:-1

I know for a fact the name is not being used by someone else at the moment. Is there something I can do to get my old name?

I tried to change it to 2 igns, one which was used around 4-5 months ago and the other which I had on an alt on which I just removed the name. Both gave me that error.

I can't either, it's obviously an error that hasn't been reported yet.

The error is pretty much self-explanatory. The name has been used before, therefore the automatic name change system will not allow you to use it. Submit a support ticket via the support page and explain the problem. They will take care of it for you.

o.o. Well when ever you try to purchase something for bp it won't let you.
