Surveys Broken?

Ive usually done super rewards but then it stopped working.Then i tried BMG and it didnt work.THEN i tried Gambit and it didnt work.The list goes on and none of the free zp surveys seem to work anymore.I know i should be asking them not you but for all of them to not work?

P.S I sent a pic of the program that I downloaded for the ZP on my programs list. and i havent gotten an answer.Are their sites dead?
