Just Felt Strange Cause I Sent A Ticket To GM 1 Week Ago And No One Replied Me Yet , So Is GM On Holiday ??

My Other Account Got Hacked And It Is A Leader Of A Clan , So Since It Is Inactive The Clan Members Start To Flee From The Clan .

I Sent 2 Ticket To Support Already No Reply , So 1 Of 2 Things , GM Really Don't Care So They Wont Bother And Reply Or Something Wrong With The Z8games Support Website So They Didn't Get The Ticket .

I Need Urgent Help , Is There Any Other Way And Faster Way To Get Z8games Support !?

    Dude ... I Didn't Give Anyone My ID & Password.

    If This Is A Patch Problem Then It is Such A Shame To Buy ZP Then By Some Mistake My Account Got Freezed Because Of Game Update Or Patch !

    So Lame On GM They Don't Reply My Ticket WITHIN 1 WEEK !!

    And accounts don't get hacked you probably gave your ID and pass to someone and now they're enjoying your account -.-'

    Just wait for a reply, Z8games is busy with many things at the moment ^.^

    Yeah I Guess I Can Do Nothing But Wait For The GM's To Start Replying My Support Ticket.

    I Feel Strange Cause Before They Reply Within 48 Hours , Now It Takes More Than A Week And Still No Reply... So Pity.

    LOl is just a "SLIGHT Delay" just like the patch :P ====1month later patch comes.

    No they aren't on a Holiday. For some reasons I ALWAYS get a reply from Support ticket within 4-5 days (even on my alt), but people say they never reply. Maybe lack of patients?

    Just wait till they reply, they don't work on weekends.
