character initialization

i have been able to play cf or the past year and i have never had a problem with it but i took a 6 day break from it and i come to play again and it loads perfect until it goes intializing character manager then it stops and i wait and wait and wait but never goes to loggin screen

ps. i have tried to uninstall ad reinstall
