You can exchange them for cool items, which ones depend on how many you own. Wait until you can exchange them for the golden weapons or the ak-47 knife.

In the black market, you have a chance to win coupons. ZP crates have a much higher chance of giving them out. Collect enough and you can trade them in for 90 day ZP guns, or if you have enough, permanent ZP, crate, and coupon exclusive guns like gold weapons.

Yeah , some weapons can only be accesible through the coupon exchange
