Hey me and my friend was thinking of, if your a clan leader you get a new gun (perament) and a new gear for free

Let's say like a gear like a WW2 gear or a FBI outfit or a cop or cowboy or ganster or a clan hat that means your a clan leader like the berate(s) or something new and good :P
