Does it decreases your computer speed if you have to little? The hard disk drive free space.

If you have a small hard drive no.

If you have a lot then yes.

You need ram so it can find things faster.
But if you just don't have a lot then it would take less ram and find it fast.

I find from personal experience having a large clogged hard drive for extended periods of time makes your computer work harder than necessary.

Generally if I go to around 10gb or less on my 180 HD then I see a drastic change, especially in crossfire.

My cousin has a 1 Tb hard drive and he lags like crazy. Especially with a 4GB RAM.

I have a 512 GB hard drive and I am truly amazed for how faster my PC is with the same 4GB RAM.
