Shovel & axe...nooby or not
NOTICE*-im not taking sides!!
1) they're longer ranged.
2)but then again they're heavier, which means you have to familiarize it's movements. In other words, technically, it takes..."skill".
3)but....the shovel is over-kill (i mean I'VE been hit with a shovel to the face in REAL LIFE, and i STILL live!)
4)then again, you have to pay REAL money for them...which you have to be pretty dumb to waste your money on a computer game...~_~

6)you know i pictures the axe and the shovel as the "handicap" for CF players who can't handle the short ranged knife, but i realized how many fE!king players use that damn long ass ranged melee weapon and thought, "yeah they're going to call me a noob if i post something like this in the forums".

Well techinqually, shovel is not for noobs. Shovel lags, so if you are 5 ft away and someone swings the shovel at you, you're gonna die even if they dont touch you. But the shovel's right click takes lots of time and some times you need to time it. But overall you should do what ever you can to get away from the noob with the shovel
The Axe is not noobish. I know that it is easy to kill someone. It's not a noob weapon, it only goes to people who knows how to use it..

the only nooby weapon comes from the guy with the Axe/Knife that can't avoid the shovel's right click
There is no avoiding the shovel's right click. The only way to avoid getting hit by a shovel's right click, is by running towards your enemy, which goes against every thing your instincts are telling when someone comes at you with a shovel.

The axe is just a slower and heavier version of the knife. What the knife lacks in power, it makes up in striking speed. Basically in the time you deliver a right click strike with an axe, you can deliver a right click strike and a left click slash with a knife.

Axe has 1 hit kill at left click too. -

Right click knife isn't always 90 HP, though the right click axe is 200HP (on mutants)
But axe is good, Spade is...weird -

I think axe and shovel arn't that nooby. I know a few people who can own any axe shovel noob with a knife. Its about the player skill mostly. Specially with shovels because a noob can't just spam left click without aiming, the shovel left click is useless and weak. Axe is pretty pro but you need to be good to use it like a pro. If you suck at knifing, you suck at knifing no matter what your using.

In my opnion, the knife is more versatile than axe, all I do with axe is left click headshot.
Shovel is too long, you really can't avoid it other than rushing at him(or her), like LolliRoger said. -

Lol, I slash with axe, the shovel noobs deserved it. Stab at the body, he will mostly die too. -

the shovel pizzes me off when I get bonked with it. but I wouldn't go and call it a "noob" weapon. I never used it , but I've blasted enough players with it to know it takes a bit of skill to use against a good player,I've used the axe, it's about the same as the knife. takes a lil skill to HS at the right time. so I would say not noobish either
but breathdown+stepdown+ shovel = you're doing too much, thats way more help then you need -

i got 28k knife kills in my profile when i was a master seargend i always had like 85/10 in arena with shovel and i thought i would be a pro but i wasnt i was a noob i sucked at all other modes but now 1million exp later im good i all modes and im 40/10 with knife in arena
ya shovel and axe is nooby shovel's range is 2long and the axe's slash is overpowerd [ hit the head is 1 hit kill]
