Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error Help Plox

I open the game, I log in, i select channel but when i enter a room and click play the error : Microsoft visual C++ runtime library comes up. My computer programmer said its nothing about windows its all about the game. and i reinstalled it 50 times. is there can be a problem with my setup ? please help i couldnt play for a long time
