Ping over 2000!

Good day members,

ive got a terrible problem.
My ping on UK servers or Alpha etc is extremely high at 1000-2000 (highest was 5000)
The strange thing is, that i didnt changed my system in the last time. And this problem comes since the last 2 days.. In other games I havent problems (Ping 50-100).
Any ideas how to help me?

My System is:
AMD 5200+ @ 3Ghz
Ati Radeon 5830
Gigabyte GAM56S-S3
4GB OCZ DDR2 800Mhz
2 X 1 TB Seagate drives
650Watt XFX
6Mbit LAN

I did:
Reinstalled Crossfire
Reinstalled all drivers (Mainboard, Soundcard and Videocard)
Optimized via TuneUp
Optimized via TCPOptimizer
All temperatures checked (All are OK)
Antivirus and firewall disabled
Gamebooster
other big processes arent running
And of course no hacks or anything else on
