well if they havent responded to the ticket for that long it can be a sign that it has been ignored

yes is in right section, i already open one ticket in my friend ac, but they said for creat a new acc and re-write ticket again, i does but i dont have any answer X:

Support Tickets dont get ignored people just that Z8games is busy with many things now, once they resolve all their problems they will answer your tickets ^.^

-Patch issue <--- They trying to fix this.
-Getting ready to go to Gamescom <--- Some kinda show in Germany xD
