Xtrap error

When I press "start game" the screen goes to the "two soldiers" image, but then comes the xtrap error report.

It says CODE_FIELD [02-0400-0000000-518]

Toolname: FSHDLL32.EXE

Any solutions? I have a clanmatch today so this is pretty urgent. I've tried to install the game again, but it still doesn't work.

That file belongs to F-Secure Internet Security. Try disabling your realtime protection, redownload and reinstall the game, then add a security exception for the Crossfire folder. If that doesn't work you may need to disable F-Secure while playing.

So I put my firewall off and then download and reinstall the game? Or what do you mean with "disabling your real time protection" ? And how do I add an security exception, thanks in advance

My other computer has a problem saying ( X-trap) something error and windows? and i dunooo what it is?
