Hello Z8, I come here asking for help to you so I can retrieve my secret answer.
I was trying to change my registered e-mail but could not because they need the secret answer and I forgot.
Would you could send the secret answer to my current email?
My e-mail today is this:
pccf96@globomail.com
If you have questions, I recall a secret answer but that is not working, I send a private message with it to any moderator with the answer to giving and see if it resembles what is in the system.

To get your secret answer you have to go on ' Forgot ID/password/Secret answer' Then fill in the Email the account was signed up with. They will send you an Email to your account with ur Security Q + Answer.

I know, but I dont know what e-mail is registered.
Because this account is my cousin's account but he get a better and gave me this.
That's it.
And he said his e-mail was hacked.
=/

If there's no way you can get onto the original email, There's no way you can get your security answer.

You can finding out your email by sending a support ticket, But you'll need some proof, Like a Paypal Invoice ID (If you bought ZP on the acct using Paypal).

Then again if the Email was 'Hacked' Then you have no chance

No, we never buy zp with Paypal.
We pay with other methods.

All account issues are dealt via Support ticket. Send them a message and WAIT until they reply.
