Can someone tell me why on UK1-UK2 i got 150 ping? and on UK3-4 i got 60.


And maybe give me some ideas about what pieces for my computer i need to buy?:) because i can`t play with fps like this : http://i36.tinypic.com/nvxv6w.jpg ... i mean 1-60 max.
