Sniper with Red-dot scope (suggestion 2)

Well, after a fail suggestion at weapons and gears section, i'm gonna post this in the suggestion section, so here it goes:
By looking at the title, you can say what i am talking about, yeah, a red-dot scope on a sniper rifle, so you will say "but the red dots are almost inutille here!!!" well, i like to snipe, but i think that the sniper rifles here aren't made for closer combat scenes like the ones presencied here at CF, so, red-dots are for close combat quick aiming and precise shooting, build it in a sniper rifle, perfect for taking out many targets before getting knocked out by rushers.

well, the stats should be:
Power: weaker than a m700, but still taking only 2 shots at the chest to take out a unarmored soldier.
Acc:same as the m700, a little less than that meybe, because the red-dot scopes aren't all miraculous to get an sniper scope acc.
RoF: same as the m700, or a little slower.
Ammo: should take the same ammo as the m700, like 10/30
Reload: same as the m700,a little slower maybe.
Weight: heavier than the m700, but as heavy as an psg-1
Scope: the red dot should be the same as the m4a1-c (or galil scope) very little dot in the center of the scope, and, zoomz out after each shot.
