CANNOT INSTALL OR play Anything

1) Due to an excessive amount of Disconnections from the Server (Incorrect Map info and Hack Tool detected (0) Errors). I tried to solve these problems multiple times myself by making a DMZ server, Decreasing Router security, opening ports , etc.. I was forced to reinstall the game completely in hope that it would fix the problem. Now problem 2...

2) After trying to Reinstall the game from every Mirror , torrent, etc.. I receive an error during the setup claiming that certain source files were corrupt (.Rez files and .tga files) . I tried to retry the installation several times, but my attempts were all in vain. So now there is no way for me to play the game, let alone attempt to install it. Now Problem 3...

I have sent this message out several times and never seem to receive an answer. I have tried everything, looked everywhere, and still cannot find a solution. Even though the error describes a corrupt source file , perhaps its possible the problem lies within my own computer? Hopefully you can give me a reliable solution to both the download and game-play disconnection errors. Thank you.
