BlackFrozenScreen during gameplay

Everytime i play about 2 or 3 games in my screen will freeze and go into a blackscreen, my first thought was it was overheating, but it only got to about 65c which is bareable.

these are my specs ( very old laptop)

intel pentium m 1.6ghz
ati mobility radeon 9000
1gb ram
40 gb harddrive

ive tryed updating and reinstall all drivers it seems to do nothing, i still think it might be an overheating issue but it SEEMS to only go to 65c. this has been happening to me for about 10 months haha.

EDIT: ive tryed underclocking/undervolting my cpu ,gpu and memory to help this but im not getting any results, AND i have a desktop fan running behind my laptop to cool it down, doesnt seem to do much.

im trying to save this laptop as far as i can before i buy a new computer.

really need help

i got the black screen of doom on my Vista

then it crashed so i did not play anymore Replays

but idk sorry

Try the following

Make sure all of your drivers are up-to-date
Re-install CF
Run Gamebooster [idk]
Look up this problem on google.

I haven't seen this problem ever before so goodluck.

lol I had that numerous times, in the past(2-3 years ago) I had the problem... almost every time I play crossfire, and I had more and more problems o.o if you want to see them, check my thread ^^
